Activating Okta for the First Time

  1. You received an email to the default email address on file from the sender noreply@okta.com
  1. Follow the link in the email to activate your Masters account with Okta and use multi-factor authentication to sign into your store account.
  1. If you did not receive the email, check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find it, contact your account manager or email MastersRxSupportTeam@McKesson.com for further assistance.
  1. After you click the link in your email, you will be directed to update your password to the new Okta standards. Enter a new password meeting all the requirements and you will be logged into the store!
