Adding Other Methods of Authentication

We realize email might not be the easiest method for verifying your account, which is why we offer multiple methods of authentication to best suit your workflow. If you’d like to use SMS, a phone call, or the Okta application, use the steps below to set it up.

  1. Once you have logged in, in the main menu, select “My Account” in the top right hand corner, and then “My Profile”.
  1. On the next screen, click the yellow “Multi-Factor Authentication” button in the top right corner.
  1. Your account has email setup by default. Select either “Voice call”, “SMS” (text), or “Authenticator Application”.
  1. Select “Voice call” and then enter your phone number. The system will call you with a code to enter on the following screen. Enter the code and then your voice call verification will be complete and an option to use for login authentication going forward.
  1. Select “SMS” and then enter your phone number. The system will send you a code via SMS text to enter on the following screen. Enter the code and then your SMS text verification will be complete and an option to use for login authentication going forward.
