Signing In Using the Default Email Verification

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is the new industry standard for protecting customers and businesses from fraud and identity theft. As of February 03, 2024, Masters will be using MFA for our store’s login. What this means for you is as of 2/03/24, when you login to the store, you will also use a second way of verifying your identity. By default, a code will be sent to the email address on file to use as the second factor of authenticating your identity. You can also set up other ways of authentication to best suit your needs and workflow (SMS, phone call, or app), which are laid out in the guide below. If you should have any questions or issues, please contact your Account Manager for assistance.

  1. Go to store.MastersRx.com and click the “Login” button.
  1. You will be prompted to put in your username, then click “Next”.
  1. Enter your current password for the store and click “Verify”.
  1. The screen will show the email address on file that the system will send the verification code to. If you’d like to authentic by email, click the “Send me an email” button. If you’d like to use another method, click “Verify with something else” below the button to view your other options.
  1. Check your email inbox for an email titled “Masters One-time verification code”. The email will come from noreply@okta.com, and it’s possible it will go to your spam folder, so if you don’t receive it, check there and whitelist the sender for future use. The code will be active for 10 minutes before you’ll need to generate a new one on the store’s login page.
  1. Enter the code and click “verify”. Voila! You’ll now be redirected to the Masters store to shop!
