Update/Change Password

  1. Go to store.MastersRx.com and click the “Login” button.
  1. On the following sign in page, enter your username and click “Next”.
  1. On the verify with your password screen, click “Forgot password” underneath the “Verify” button.
  1. The system will show you the email address on file. Click “Send me an email” to get a verification email.
  1. Check your inbox for the email address on file for the account. The email will come from noreply@okta.com, and it’s possible it will go to your spam folder, so if you don’t receive it, check there, and whitelist the sender for future use. Click the link in the email to return to the store. Or, if the link doesn’t work, copy the code to enter on the store’s login page as picture below by clicking “Enter a verification code instead.”
  1. Enter a new password that meets the requirements and click the “Reset Password” button.
  1. As your system resets your password, you’ll see this screen. Once its completed, you’ll be redirected to the store.mastersrx.com page to login with your new password.
