Pay by
ACH
Paying by ACH is the easiest way to pay and can save you both time and money. Fill out the ACH Enrollment Form to have the option to manually pay by ACH. If you also enroll in the ACH Pay & Save program, you will get an additional 1% back on all your purchases with credits each quarter, and your account will be automatically debited each month. To sign up you’ll need to fill out the ACH Pay & Save Enrollment Form along with the ACH Enrollment Form.

Credit Card
If you’re paying by credit card via fax or mail, you must first fill out the Masters Credit Card Authorization form for recurring credit card payments. Simply download the form by clicking here and follow the instructions. Once we have the form on file, just email or fax us the invoice number, amount to be paid, and the card’s info on file (VISA/MC/AMEX, last 4 digits, and expiration). Please know, full credit card information cannot be sent via email.
Pay by
Check
Check payments can be made via mail, email, or fax. Make sure to include your account number and invoice number with the check. For fax and email payments, scan or photograph the check and send the image. If you send via fax or email, do not also mail physical check. This can lead to duplicate processing.

What’s required to open an account with Masters?
Becoming a Masters customer is easy! Fill out the online registration form here and an Account Manager will be in contact with you shortly to finish setting your account up. Are you an NABP® / VAWD Accredited Distributor?
Yes! We are an NABP® Drug Distributor Accreditation (formerly known as VAWD accreditation) and are fully licensed to distribute to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
