More with Masters brings you a new suite of features for our online store allowing you to easily find and print invoices, use credits, schedule payments, and view your payment history! An important note: If you pay by fax/check, your account info may already be populated. You will still need to activate these accounts in order to purchase online. Email ARACH@McKesson.com to activate a fax/check account for online payment.
Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen and select “Payment Methods” from the drop-down menu.
Click the yellow “Add” button and you will get an ACH Authorization form to print, fill out, and return. In just a couple business days, your account will be added and ready to use for online payments!

Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen and select “Open Invoices” from the drop-down menu.
From here you can see any credits you have available to use. Simply click any credit you wish to apply to this invoice.
If you have multiple bank accounts, select the account you’d like to pay from using the “Payment Methods” dropdown.
Choose when you want to pay—select either Pay Today, Pay on Due Date, or Pay on Specific Date. (Please note, if you choose Pay Today the payment will be processed immediately and no further changes can be made). Click the green “Preview Payment” button to see the invoice total and any credits that have been applied.
You can search your payment history by date range, payment method, and status. Select the parameters you want and click “Search”
In the payment information pop up, click the red PDF icon under ACTION to download a printable invoice.
To view your Billing History & Credits, select that tab above and you’ll have the option to search by date range, product number, bill type, and status. You can also search by Invoice # or Purchase Order #.
