More with Masters brings you a new suite of features for our online store allowing you to easily find and print invoices, use credits, schedule payments, and view your payment history! An important note: If you pay by fax/check, your account info may already be populated. You will still need to activate these accounts in order to purchase online. Email MastersACHRequests@McKesson.com to activate a fax/check account for online payment.
Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen and select “Payment Methods” from the drop-down menu.
Select the account you are working on, if you have multiple accounts.
Click the yellow “Add” button and you will get an ACH Authorization form to print, fill out, and return. In just a couple business days, your account will be added and ready to use for online payments!
Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen and select “Open Invoices” from the drop-down menu.
You can filter invoices by date here…
…or search by invoice number here.
To download a printable PDF of your invoices, click the PDF logo under the ACTION column here.
You can also download an excel spreadsheet of all your invoices with the “Excel” button here.
If you ever need to cancel a payment before the due date, click the “Pending Payments” tab and then “Cancel Payment” under the ACTION column. You’ll be asked to confirm, and then your payment will be cancelled.
Select the invoice you want to pay and click the “Review & Pay” button at the top of the screen.
From here you can see any credits you have available to use. Simply click any credit you wish to apply to this invoice.
If you have multiple bank accounts, select the account you’d like to pay from using the “Payment Methods” dropdown.
Choose when you want to pay—select either Pay Today, Pay on Due Date, or Pay on Specific Date. (Please note, if you choose Pay Today the payment will be processed immediately and no further changes can be made). Click the green “Preview Payment” button to see the invoice total and any credits that have been applied.
Click “Pay” and then “Yes, Confirm” and you’ll see the confirmation number, pay dates, accounts, invoice, amount paid, as well as an option to print or export to Excel above.
Under “My Account” click “Payment and Billing History”
You can search your payment history by date range, payment method, and status. Select the parameters you want and click “Search”
Click the blue “McKesson Confirmation #” to view the payment information.
In the payment information pop up, click the red PDF icon under ACTION to download a printable invoice.
To view your Billing History & Credits, select that tab above and you’ll have the option to search by date range, product number, bill type, and status. You can also search by Invoice # or Purchase Order #.
Once you have your results, you can export all the information to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the yellow Excel button above.
