River City Merges With Masters Pharmaceutical!

For years River City has operated as a twin sister company of Masters Pharmaceutical—different sales teams with the same backend systems and catalog. Starting October 3rd, we’re sunsetting the River City Pharma brand and having their people unite with Masters to provide one touchpoint for all of our customers. 

Because our systems were already the same, River City customers can expect no downtime or changes to their account. Their Account Manager will stay the same, as will their logins, credits, billing history, invoices, and due dates. 

The biggest changes any River City customers will notice is starting October 3rd, the RiverCityRx.com website will redirect to MastersRx.com, though login credentials for the store will remain the same. The only other change to note is River City employees will have their email change to an @MastersRx.com domain, though emails to their old address will forward indefinitely, leaving no lapse in communication. 

We understand some may have questions about this merger, which is why we’ve prepared a handy FAQ to read over. If anyone still has questions, feel free to contact your Account Manager and they will be happy to assist you with anything you need.
